Edmond, OK, March 22, 2016 – Jimmy’s Egg® Franchise Group, PLBN, LLC, opens its third Oklahoma location at 808 George Nigh Expressway McAlester, OK, to the public March 28, 2016. Jimmy’s Egg® brings McAlester residents full cups of coffee served by our attentive staff, cracked-to-order ® omelettes, and daily fresh-baked breads. This location will be the 48th restaurant for the chain to open and will employ approximately 25 people.
PLBN, LLC, is a partnership group led by Phil Larue and Ban Nguyen, Operating Partner in the original Jimmy’s Egg restaurants located in Oklahoma City. Dustin Van Voast, Operating Partner of PLBN LLC, will oversee the new restaurant in addition to the group’s restaurants in Muskogee and Tahlequah. “We are very excited to be part of the McAlester community. Jimmy’s Egg® restaurants provide a warm, friendly atmosphere and we are excited to offer a great value for breakfast and lunch.” Dustin Van Voast said.
The new restaurant is approximately 3100 square-feet and will seat 96 customers in booths or tables and will offer hot breakfast and lunch catering options to the community.
Jimmy’s Egg® serves the full menu every day from 6:00AM – 2:00PM with breakfast menu offerings that include the popular “Garbage Breakfast™”, premium hash brown skillets, a variety of eggs Benedict, hot-off-the-griddle items such as buttermilk, wheat, sweet potato and decadent Cinnamon Roll and S’mores flavored pancakes, French toast and Belgian waffles.
Lunch offerings include fresh salads, savory sandwiches, juicy burgers and favorite luncheon entrees such as the Smoked Turkey Melt, Backyard Burger, Southwest Quesadilla Salad, Breaded Pork Chops and a variety of lighter fare for the health-conscious. Entrees are made fresh every day with quality ingredients such as Hormel® Bacon, Jimmy Dean® Turkey Sausage, Tropicana® Pure Premium Orange Juice and International Delight® flavored creamers.
