Edmond, OK April 11th, 2016 – Jimmy’s Egg, LLC will open the 50th Jimmy’s Egg® at 3837 S Campbell Ave. Springfield, MO on April 11th, 2016. This will be the 35th restaurant to open outside of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and will employ approximately 25 people. The restaurant will seat 107 customers in booths, tables or at the counter where customers get a front row seat to the open kitchen concept. The meeting room seats 40 and is available for reservation Monday through Friday. The restaurant provides free Wi-Fi internet access to its customers and hot breakfast and lunch catering options to the community.

Following the successful 2015 opening of Jimmy’s Egg® at 3315 E Battlefield Rd, the award winning chain will feature the same quality breakfast and lunch served every day from 6:00AM – 2:00PM at the newest location. Breakfast menu offerings include the popular “Garbage Breakfast™”, premium hash brown skillets, fresh-baked bread, a variety of eggs Benedict, hot-off-the-griddle items such as buttermilk, wheat, sweet potato and decadent Cinnamon Roll and S’mores flavored pancakes, French toast and Belgian waffles. Lunch offerings include fresh salads, savory sandwiches, juicy burgers and favorite luncheon entrees such as the Smoked Turkey Melt, Backyard Burger, Southwest Quesadilla Salad, Breaded Pork Chops and a variety of lighter fare for the health-conscious. Entrees are made fresh every day with quality ingredients such as Hormel® Bacon, Jimmy Dean® Turkey Sausage, Tropicana® Pure Premium Orange Juice and International Delight® flavored creamers.

On Thursday, April 14th at 11am the restaurant invites the community to join them for a ribbon cutting on site.
