After celebrating the opening of their 50th location earlier this year, Jimmy’s Egg Franchise Systems (JEFS) announced today the signing of six new Area Development Agreements for 52 new restaurants to be built in Kansas, Arkansas, Texas, New Mexico, Nebraska and Iowa. This development activity will bring Jimmy’s Egg into three new states: Arkansas, New Mexico, and Iowa. The award winning chain is thrilled to bring crack-to-order breakfast and lunch offerings to new markets and expand existing markets.

The award winning chain will feature the same quality breakfast and lunch served every day from 6:00AM – 2:00PM at the new locations. Breakfast menu offerings include the popular “Garbage Breakfast™,” premium hash brown skillets, fresh-baked bread, a variety of eggs Benedict, hot-off-the-griddle items such as buttermilk, wheat, sweet potato, S’mores flavored pancakes, French toast and Belgian waffles. Lunch offerings include fresh salads, savory sandwiches, juicy burgers and favorite luncheon entrees such as the Smoked Turkey Melt, Backyard Burger, Southwest Quesadilla Salad, Breaded Pork Chops and a variety of lighter fare for the health-conscious.
